uPVC Pipes and Fittings (uFLO)
Utkarsh's uFLO range is a lead-free uPVC pressure plumbing system for cold water applications, including potable water supply, rising and distribution mains, and plumbing in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
- Pipes: ½" to 2", manufactured as per ASTM D 1785, Schedule 40 and Schedule 80

cPVC Pipes and Fittings
Suitable for both hot and cold water applications, widely used in residential and industrial plumbing. Manufactured in Copper Tube Size (CTS) from ½" to 2", in two dimensional ratios: SDR-11 (per ASTM D 2846) and SDR-13.5 (per ASTM F 442, IPS dimension). Certified under IS 15778:2007. Maximum service temperature ranges from 82°C to 90°C depending on the SDR rating and wall thickness.
SWR Pipes and Fittings
Used for soil, waste, rainwater, and ventilation applications. Certified under IS 13592 (pipes: Type A, 75mm to 160mm, for ventilation and rainwater; Type B, 75mm to 315mm, for soil and waste discharge) and IS 14735 (moulded fittings). Fitted with Goldseal yellow sealing rings for secure, leak-proof joints. UV stabilized, corrosion and rust resistant, and self-extinguishing.
Agriculture Pressure Pipes
Built for lift irrigation, surface irrigation, agricultural water supply, and industrial process lines. Manufactured as per IS 4985:2000, available from 40mm to 315mm across five pressure classes (Class 1 to Class 5), each identified by pipe colour (red, blue, green, brown, and yellow respectively). Supplied in 6-metre lengths with plain or socketed ends for solvent cement welding.
uPVC Column Pipes
Designed for borewell and submersible pump applications. Available in 1" to 4" sizes across V4, Medium, Standard, and Heavy classes, suited to different borewell depths (up to roughly 300 ft, 500 ft, 900 ft, and 1200+ ft respectively). Fitted with square threads and rubber sealing rings for leak-proof, shock-resistant joints.
PVC Well Casing Screen Pipes
Suitable for deep, medium, and shallow borewell applications, manufactured as per IS 12818:2010, ASTM D-1785, and DIN 4925. Available from 35mm to 400mm (1¼" to 16"). Casing Shallow (CS) pipes suit wells up to 80 metres, Casing Medium (CM) up to 250 metres, and Casing Deep (CD) up to 450 metres.
HDPE Pipes and Fittings
Offers flexibility, strength, and corrosion resistance for potable water supply, sprinkler irrigation, and industrial fluid transportation. Available in PE 63, PE 80, and PE 100 grades from 20mm to 315mm, manufactured to IS 4984-2016, ISO 4427, EN 12201, and IS 14151 standards, with a rated service life of 50 to 100 years.
PLB HDPE Duct
Used for deployment of optic fiber and copper cables, manufactured as per TEC/GR/TX/CDS-008/03. Available in 32/26mm, 40/33mm, and 50/42mm sizes, with or without a pre-installed rope for cable pulling.
